Cancellation Policy
Beginning January 12, 2026, a $15 deposit will be required at the time of booking to reserve your session. -Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment will receive a full refund or credit, including the deposit. -Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a refund minus the $15 deposit. -No-shows will forfeit the $15 deposit. Your deposit will be applied to your balance. The deposit on a Large Group and Party Package still are as listed.
